麻痺型狂犬病
麻痺型狂犬病
病人不會有恐水、恐氣、過動與痙攣，初期表現為上行性麻痺，包括發聲過弱 (hypophonia)，類似Guillain-Barré 症候群或對稱性四肢麻痺。受病毒暴露肢體的麻痺最明顯，可能有腦膜炎徵候。疾病進展之後，出現意識障礙與昏迷。
